In Matthew 28: 19, Jesus commanded his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations.  Here at CFA, we believe in modeling ministry the way Jesus did. We gather a small group of key African leaders and spend three to four days together in a retreat setting. We believe in going small and going deep in our relationships and we focus our time teaching and listening to one another as we dig deep into our four core values: intimacy with God, integrity, stewardship and self-care. But what truly changes lives are the relationships that are built and the conversations that happen around the dining table. Through our retreats, we see leaders raised up, marriages transformed, ministries invigorated and families restored. And it does not end there. Our leaders take what they experience back to their homes, their places of ministry, and multiply it just as Jesus’ disciples modeled. Our passion is to increase leadership capacity with African leaders through mentoring and coaching.
